It is frightening how quickly the end of the year has come around.
Today I want to continue on a summary of the year of writing from my four areas of passion including Relationships, Health and Nutrition, Fashion and Inside thoughts. These are all inspired for the most part with what Mark and I are journeying in our lives. Last time we revisited everything written on relationships. This time we will revisit the articles written on Health and Nutrition, a deep passion of mine.

I put my husband on a strict detox recently. As I started to work away, Mark’s diet and exercise routine went down the drain rapidly. Over a 4-6 month period he had gained an unfamiliar little pot belly, a snoring habit and was feeling fatigued and lethargic. I was NOT a fan. That, my friends was an understatement. It was time to ‘Detox Greenwood.’ This was a journey we invited all of you one with us. We started with My Husband’s Four Week Detox (Perhaps Yours too?), and continued the journey with My Huband’s Four week detox Part two, My Husband’s Four Week Detox Part three and My Husband’s Four week Detox Part four. For the record he did ‘okay’, and we will repeat this Detox again starting January.
In another section are a few of my absolute favourite recipes which I wanted to share with you all. This banana cake is healthy and delicious toasted with some coconut yogurt. The pea pesto pasta is an absolute favourite of my husbands and I love how green it is. We are having this tonight. Cauliflower steaks with pea puree, and Portobello Mushrooms with Potato mash are two recipes which I use for dinner parties. They are both very easy I promise. The final recipe which I make constantly is the cauliflower curry. This takes 15 minutes and is surprisingly delicious.
