Dr. Edith Eva Eger: The Choice : Oprah’s Super Soul Conversations.

Dr Edith Eger is this adorable 91 year old Jewish woman who is a Holocaust survivor, psychologist and author. She writes a best-selling book called “The Choice: Embrace the Possible.” In the most inspiring conversation with Oprah the beautiful Dr Eger shares about her unthinkable experiences at the Auschwitz Birkenau concentration camp which shaped her life. Seriously hearing her story and her perspective on life and the way she has used her experience to love deeper, live courageously, and be filled with generosity and integrity touched me in a way that I can’t explain. A MUST LISTEN.

Real Thing (Feat. Dante Bowe) Maverick City Music. If you do nothing else this week. Please listen to this song. Every time I listen to it I feel God’s presence sweep all over me.  My beloved friend sent it to me and I have had it on repeat ever since.  It is absolutely speaking what is on my heart. I want the real thing. The real presence of God. I want intimacy with the Father. This song sings my hearts cry in the most powerful way.

I am working full time in the hospital and doing writing and business as well as trying to be extra organised for Greenie. So I am really into freezable meals so that I can do a big cook up on the weekends. I was terrible this week and we ate A LOT of tins of tuna all week… Greenie told me kindly he would probably get sick of doing that for too much longer. Here are two of the recipes which I have been looking at to make Zucchini Lasagne. I am going to use beef or lamb mice though. I love the look of this as well. Chicken Meatballs in Mango Coconut Sauce.  Also yesterday I made a sticky date cake. It was morrish. I love this recipe. It was decadent and there was nothing healthy about it. But every now and than that is quite okay…

Here are some Readers comments on Never saying Never

Janelle says: I wasn’t intending on having children. Career woman was the plan. I turned into the home-school mum of six. God has such a sense of humour.

KD says: I said I would never be a missionary, never like church, not travel as much as my family did. Lol I thought I’d be married and have kids in a little house in Switzerland by the age of 23. Here I am, still single, lived in 5 different countries travelled to another 15 the last 10 years and invest all my time into ministry, mission and theological studies.

Readers comments on nearly crying with rage with Speeding Fines.

Nadine says: I feel like they’ve gone and changed a bunch of 60 zones to 50! So we’ve had a few this year…I get so so mad and then sad once I’ve paid ☹️

Luchi says: I do! especially when you fined and your car is under a company name…fines are exuberant. It’s so painful 😳

Shennie says: I’ve never had a speeding fine, but plenty of parking fines! I always want to write in and justify myself!

That’s it from me my beloveds.

You are deeply loved and richly cherished.

Have a glorious week.

Dr Christine Greenwood
