The Miracle Equation – Become Emotionally Invincible

A Podcast Worth Listening To.

Becoming self aware and making an intentional effort to increase my emotional intelligence has been one of the most rewarding endeavours I have made in the last year of my life. Truly, it has allowed me to go back into medicine, continue my business and face life with so much more clarity and balance.

When I listened to this podcast on ‘becoming emotionally invincible.’  I had to share it, as I feel it has so many gems of wisdom I think we can all glean from.

The Podcast is by Hal Elrod on the ultimate Health Podcast. Hal has an incredible story. He died at age 20 for 6 whole minutes after being hit by a drink driver and he miraculously survived. As a 21 year old he was told he would never walk again. Listening to how he walked through that was so incredibly insightful. In November 2016 he was diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer and given 30% chance to live despite being on the most gruelling regime for chemotherapy.

He survived.

Nobody is more equipped to talk about emotional intelligence and the power of the mind. Learning how to think, react and focus is foundational to success in relationships, work and in life. Hal Elrod in this podcast gives so many practical tools and lessons from his own life.

I found this podcast to be incredibly insightful, and practical. I have been mediating on his words of wisdom all week.

I think emotional intelligence and self awareness is one of the most important things for each person to invest in.

It is vital to reigning in life. So have a listen! And let me know your thoughts.

Wink: Okay totally unrelated but I watched this clip this morning. HILARIOUS. Kelly Clarkson seems like such a nice person and James is too funny for words.
